Shipping Policies

We ship to Canada and the U.S.

We ship for FREE within continental USA.   Shipping, Packaging, Handling and Insurance included.

Outside of the continental USA, shipping costs are based on price and weight .  We use UPS Ground and Freight Shipping, which ever is best for the product you've ordered. 

Shipping is done on a Monday thru Friday Basis from 9-5PM EST. If your order is placed on Friday at 6PM your order will not be officially placed until that coming Monday and thus will then ship that following week.

Order Processing Time: 1-4 Business Days.

Standard Shipping Delivery Time and Time in Transit - one to two weeks, depending on carrier.

3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight Express shipping is available, You must contact us for a quote on express shipping.

Backorder Policy

We will contact you if items are backordered or if an item is no longer available.

Return Policy

If for any reason you want to return your product, you may return it within 15 days.  Send us an email and we will reply with a return shipping label.  No returns will be accepted without this label.  Once we have received the product (undamaged) we will credit you the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged Goods Policy

Damaged products must be returned within 15 days of receipt of goods.

You must email us at returns@switchontosolar.com to obtain a RMA# shipping label for all returns.

RETURNS FOR ITEMS NOT WANTED: If an item is being returned to us because it is not wanted there will be a 10% re-stock fee, and the item must be returned complete with a RMA shipping label.

RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT ON DOA/DAMAGED ORDERS: If an item is being returned because it was shipped DOA or was damaged during shipment you must email us to obtain a RMA number and state the reason of return. ***NOTE*** WE DO NOT GRANT REFUNDS FOR ANY ITEMS, THE ITEM WILL ONLY BE REPLACED/EXCHANGED, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEM BACK FOR A FULL REFUND ONLY EXCHANGES ON DOA/DAMAGED ITEMS. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE ITEM REPLACED THE 10% RESTOCK FEE EXISTS.

Bad Shipping addresses or Undeliverable as addressed Returned to sender parcels will be refunded 20% re-stock fee charged.

 A replacement product will be shipped to you upon return of the damaged goods.
